This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain, monitor, evaluate and recommend improvement to design process to meet market and client’s expectation with positive relationships to ensure the quality of design.
Conduct QC reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, standards, authorities’ regulations and client agreement.
Verify and approve all design phases/stages before presentation/submission to external parties.
Provide QC report for each submission and monthly QC reports to the management, summarizing the status and findings of ongoing projects, departments adherence to design requirements and recommend improvement measures.
Audit documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards, by effectively fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality architectural and engineering projects in accordance with industry standards and organizational guidelines.
Ensure that staff is adequately competent and recommend the proper training to improve incompetent.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Strong BA. /BSC. degree in Architecture Engineering from a recognized university.
Having 7-12 years of working experience in design and development of Architectural projects is a Must.
Familiar with international and local building codes, design standards (FLS/Civil Defense codes are a plus).
Strong Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Office (InDesign are a plus).
Knowledge of environmental design concepts, environmental modeling, green building concepts are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English Speaking and writing.
Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
