Job Description
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities for aircraft interior products and related operations.
- Monitor product and process quality and support the resolution of quality-related issues.
- Support non-conformance, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action activities.
- Review technical and quality documentation and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Participate in inspections, audits, supplier quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
- Work closely with engineering, production, certification, and supply chain teams on quality-related matters.
- Coordinate with TCI Aircraft Interiors teams in Türkiye and provide quality support for joint projects and activities.
- Support customer-related quality activities and follow up on quality issues when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Quality, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and corrective action processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, defense, or another regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
