Quality Engineer

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated Quality Engineer to join our team.

After your training, including visits to our European Business Units, you will support the maintenance of the quality management system of a small surface treatment facility within a large company.

Location Rzeszów, Poland

Your Challenge

Inspection of hardware and verification of processing parameters in accordance with customer requirements,

Managing nonconforming conditions to prevent product/process impact,

Preventing the recurrence of nonconformities by identification, segregation, reporting, initiating corrective action and verifying the corrective action,

Creation and maintenance of process instructions to be issued to the shop floor.

Calibration of all active monitoring and measuring equipment,

Maintenance of customer specifications, drawings and inspection records,

Customer liaison regarding quality.

Measurement of product conformity and on-time delivery

Ensuring that actions are taken, if planned results are not or will not be achieved

What You Bring

Bachelor/Master of Science Degree in Engineering

Strong technical background with experience in the metal sector

Experience in maintenance of quality management systems (ISO9001 and/or AS9100)

Solid problem-solving skills

Critical and analytical thinking

Ability to work without close supervision

Experience in reporting and using ERP systems

Languages: Polish and business level English
