Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Quality Supervisor (Spanish Bilingual) to oversee quality assurance processes and compliance standards across multiple locations as well as launch startups with new clients. This role is essential in ensuring that operational teams adhere to quality expectations, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are required to effectively support diverse workforces, conduct training, and resolve quality-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits across different facilities.
Ensure all sites comply with company standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Train employees in quality control procedures and best practices in both English and Spanish.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting quality concerns and implementing corrective actions.
Work closely with production teams to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
Maintain and update quality documentation and reports for each location.
Provide bilingual support to employees to improve workplace communication and engagement.
Collaborate with site supervisors to implement process improvements that drive operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in quality assurance, manufacturing, or supervisory roles.
Education: Related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Other: Must have reliable transportation for travel between locations.
