We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled QA Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing QA processes, developing automated testing frameworks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure digital products meet standards and address defects before release.
Train and upskill the QA team to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervise all testing activities, including manual and automated testing, to ensure thorough coverage and defect detection.
Develop and manage an automated testing framework to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify innovation opportunities to enhance the quality of digital product.
Provide regular quality performance reports and improvement updates to support management decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in digital product quality assurance
Experience in managing end-to-end testing processes and overseeing the quality of digital products.
Proficiency in using QA tools, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and consistent testing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues quickly.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and reporting on quality metrics.
Expertise in QA and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), as well as automation tools (e.g., Katalon).
