Position Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role is primarily focused on manual testing (80%) with some exposure to automation testing (20%). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

:
Perform manual testing activities, including test case creation, execution, defect identification, documentation, and validation of fixe

s.Support automation testing efforts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar framework

s.Validate insurance system functionality, including policy changes, coverage rules, endorsements, underwriting criteria, and policy lifecycle event

s.Test premium calculations, rate changes, and business rules to ensure accuracy and regulatory complianc

e.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, Underwriting, Claims, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and validate system functionalit

y.Conduct regression testing and support testing across multiple environment

s.Investigate, reproduce, and retest reported defects to assist with issue resolutio

n.Analyze testing results and clearly communicate defects, risks, and recommendation

s.Validate data transformations, integrations, and system outputs using SQ

L.Contribute to QA process improvements, testing standards, and best practice

s.Maintain accurate documentation for test plans, test results, defects, and testing procedure

Required Qualificatio

Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineer
