TIEA has in-house design and manufacturing capabilities of high end miniature electrical and electronic connectors with in-house tool room for new molds and progressive tool developments.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Quality at TIEA CONNECTORS PVT LTD located in Kanakapura. The Senior Manager Quality will be responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance processes, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role will involve managing a team, analyzing quality data, and driving continuous improvement in product quality.
Experience requirement : 3+ years in automotive/aerospace/defence segments.
Qualifications
Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills including PPAP documentations and handling PPAP audits.
Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives
Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations
Knowledge on IATF 16949, ISO 9001 certifications.
Leadership and team management skills
Data analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a connector industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
