Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Quality Assurance Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of patient care documentation to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify areas for improvement in patient care processes.
Review and analyze patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor patient outcomes and report findings to management for further action.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to quality assurance in clinical settings.
Skills
Strong knowledge of acute pain management techniques.
Experience administering injections safely and effectively.
Experience in correctional medicine
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data assessment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
