About Your New Job

  • As a Quality Engineer III, you will play a pivotal role in integrating novel catheter-based medical device technologies, taking responsibility for process characterization, validation, scale-up, and automation activities.
  • Proactively champion quality assurance, identifying potential issues before they arise and ensuring compliance to the highest regulatory standards.
  • Lead critical investigations, communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders, and participate in both internal/external audits as a subject matter expert.
  • Champion continuous improvement, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical methodologies to deliver on both daily responsibilities and long-term projects.
  • Support and guide less experienced engineers and collaborate across functions with suppliers, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.

What Skills You Need

  • Honors Bachelor Degree (Level 8) or higher in a STEM discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the Medical Device industry or another highly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in validation activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO, MDD, MDR), risk management, and process documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using statistical tools and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
