Job Duties
and Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing technology preferred.
5 or more years of related quality experience.
Ability to assemble a PPAP package for submission to our customer.
Experience with Quality System tools such as DOE, FMEA, PPAP, GR&R, QFD, SPC, CPK, QS/ISO/TS is preferred.
Skills in CMM and related Metrology techniques.
Working knowledge of plant processes and systems.
Technical understanding of product and quality techniques.
Solution-oriented with strong investigative and analytical skills for problem solving.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Basic mechanical aptitude with a strong attention to detail.
Understanding of Lean Principles.
Thorough knowledge of process engineering principles.
Statistical training.
ASQ or equivalent Quality Certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in a Windows environment using Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
