Title of Immediate Supervisor: Director of Quality
Position Description:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead ISO preparation process
Lead Supplier Quality Management Process
Lead root cause investigations and develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
Create and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection reports.
Oversee BOM (Bill of Materials) process and collaborate with engineering and production teams to update BOMs as necessary for new designs or changes.
Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and promote best practices.
Monitor quality metrics and report on performance, recommending areas for enhancement.
Knowledge/Skills Preferences:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think independently and a motivation to make meaningful contributions
Must be a self-starter – a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing.
MS required; EE or ME preferred (or equivalent)
2+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance
Strong ability to organize and manage documentation effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic Programming skill is a plus
