- Coordinate and execute operational surveillance activities, including the follow-up on identified issues.
- Coordinate and execute industrial qualification/certification activities, including the follow-up on identified issues.
- Potentially act as an internal auditor to conduct and participate in internal audits, which may involve interfacing with (internal and external) regulatory authorities.
- Conduct cross-site horizontal reviews to assess potential similar gaps in process adherence.
- Drive, participate in, and support the development and follow-up of action plans.
- Identify local best practices and contribute to the adaptation of quality standards and continuous process improvement.
- Provide advisory recommendations to management regarding surveillance findings and associated risks. Soft Skills

- Education: Degree in Engineering or Business.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Quality, with a background in auditing, surveillance, and compliance management.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in French is highly preferred.
- Professional/Technical Knowledge: Quality / Process / Engineering.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication and persuasion skills; ability to combine strategic thinking with attention to detail; courage to speak up.
- Drivers/Values: High integrity, with a strong commitment to quality and safety values.
