Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in Ambridge, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize calipers and micrometers to measure dimensions and tolerances accurately.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation of inspection results and quality control processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
Stay updated on industry standards, including AS9100, to ensure compliance.
Utilize AutoCAD software for quality-related tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems.
Proficient in using CAD software, specifically AutoCAD.
Strong skills in using calipers and micrometers for precise measurements.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
