How do you create value?
As a Quality Engineer, you help create reliable and trustworthy banking services used by hundreds of thousands of customers.
- You help create a reliable and trustworthy banking experience for hundreds of thousands of customers across multiple European markets
- You improve software quality throughout the full development lifecycle
- You help teams release with confidence by identifying risks early and improving quality practices
- You design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across different layers of the product
- You increase release confidence through scalable and reliable test automation
- You contribute to improving test automation coverage and quality engineering practices
- You contribute to a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility

Our expectations for you:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing practices
- Experience testing APIs, backend services, or modern web/mobile applications
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing supports release quality
- Ability to contribute to automation strategy and quality improvements across the development lifecycle
- Understanding of agile product development and CI/CD environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset
- Experience in banking, fintech, or other highly reliable environments is considered a strong advantage
