Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer (QE) with expertise in API Testing and Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with JMeter, Jenkins, API testing, and web automation to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute API test cases using automation tools.
Perform load and performance testing using JMeter.
Integrate test automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct functional and regression testing for both web and API applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to improve test coverage and software quality.
Requirements:
Strong experience in API Testing and Automation.
Proficiency with JMeter for performance testing.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
Experience with web automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Java is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
