Are you a Quality Engineer from an automotive, aerospace or metal manufacturing looking to take on a key position for an industry-leading organization, where you will be able to develop your own department, contributing hugely to the overall success & growth of this global organization?
On offer is a role where you will be the technical lead of the Quality department. In this position, you will spearhead Quality initiatives while fostering the growth of motivated engineers in the quality department.
This industry-leading organization designs and manufactures niche products. Due to incoming projects, as well as a full logbook of orders, they are looking to bring on a Quality Engineer to take the lead on quality assurance projects and Kaizen efforts.
On offer is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a crucial department within this growing business. You will be in control of Root Cause Analyses, corrective actions, and quality assurance processes. The company is eager to invest in the department and facilitate the development of a Quality team reporting directly to you.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background eager to join a company that will allow them to develop and lead a team.
The Role:
Spearhead Quality Assurance projects and programs.
Lead the Kaizen team for continuous improvement and corrective actions.
Coordinate with floor staff to understand shortcomings and possible issues.
The Candidate:
Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
Experienced with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
Eager to lead a department and shape its future.
