We are looking for a Quality Manager to develop, implement, and manage all aspects of the quality management systems and quality improvement processes designed to ensure continuous production of industrial packaging that is consistent with established ISO 9001 standards, customer specifications, and production goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Performs all work with strict adherence to the company Quality System, proper documentation procedures, and safety standards
Ensures quality and consistency of products by establishing product inspection criteria and related work instructions
Develops, revises, and implements quality related work instructions in support of quality programs such as complaint management, calibration, and technical releases
Works closely with all members of the quality management team in industrial and medical
Releases tooling and products by performing First Article Inspections and new sampling testing events
Provides training to teams on quality standards and procedures
Maintain knowledge and understanding of current industry best practices to ensure awareness of regulations/enforcement changes and compliance risks
Directs the Quality System audit/inspection and complaint handling ensuring timely & effective management
