We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager with a background in Quality Assurance, ready to transition into managing projects and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product, and operations.
- Leverage QA experience to ensure quality checkpoints are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues when needed.
- Manage and update tasks, user stories, and workflows using Jira.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
- Support requirement gathering, test planning alignment, and release coordination.
- Monitor project KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual or automation).
- Hands-on experience with Jira for bug tracking and workflow management.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in transitioning into Project Management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
