Your Tasks:
- Supervision and inspection of manufacturing processes from a quality perspective.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of quality plans and procedures related to processes.
- Identification and investigation of quality issues arising during production processes, development of corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation.
- Application of statistical methods to improve quality and optimize processes.
- Participation in internal and external audits.
- Cooperation with production, development, and maintenance departments to achieve quality objectives.
- Preparation and maintenance of quality documentation.
- Conducting trainings and courses on quality-related topics.
- Making proposals for the improvement of processes and the quality management system.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (e.g., mechanical engineer, quality engineer, electrical engineer, or a degree in a relevant field).
- Experience in the field of quality, especially in quality assurance of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Knowledge and practical experience in applying statistical methods and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
