Location: Sangthiya
The Quality Engineer is expected to help define and implement the Quality Assurance and Control processes to achieve the quality and customer satisfaction goals of the organization.
Ideal candidate will be someone who is solution-oriented and problem solving mindset with has 1- 2 years of experience in a Quality Control / Assurance function in a relevant industry.
Job responsibilities:
Implement quality assurance processes within the ISO
9001 / IATF framework
Work with Customer Quality / Engineering teams to implement and comply with customer quality requirements.
Responsible to initiate and implement quality measurement and improvement initiatives like SPC, SQC
Build the requisite data repository for analytical decision-making on quality improvements
Comply with and maintain relevant quality documentation as per Organization’s and Certification requirements
Liase with production, planning and other relevant teams for effective implementation of Quality processes
Expected Skills /
Experience:
Experience in implementing IATF
16949 or ISO
9001 certification requirements within automotive or engineering industry
Knowledge of various quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives as per ISO / IATF requirements
Trained candidates as internal auditor for certifications will be preferred
Ability to think analytically for quality / production improvements
Comfortable with ERP and basic office productivity software
Education : B.E in Mechanical / Production Engineering or similar
