The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an adaptable Quality Engineer to join our energetic and growing team at our Alness facility. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving products, processes, and quality systems, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality and define process capabilities.
✔️ Leading root cause analysis & corrective action (CAPA) to resolve product and process issues.
✔️ Managing customer complaints & supplier quality issues, ensuring effective resolutions.
✔️ Assisting in ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and regulatory documentation.
✔️ Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and driving quality-focused projects.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
✅ Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
✅ Lean Six Sigma experience (Green Belt or higher preferred).
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
✅ Effective communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
✅ Proficiency in Minitab and MS Office (desirable).
