I’m partnering with a well established manufacturing leader in Fort Collins to fill two Quality Engineer roles, and I’d enjoy talking to you about it.
Here’s the story behind this one. This team needs sharp, aerospace minded quality engineers who can hit the ground running, dig into root cause analysis, and build real relationships with customers and cross functional partners. If you love solving problems, thrive in a fast paced environment, and want your work to genuinely matter, this could be it.
What you’d be doing:
• Owning quality assurance processes and making sure they meet customer specs and industry standards
• Digging into customer quality issues and using root cause analysis to actually fix them, not just patch them
• Partnering closely with engineering, production, and customer service to keep quality front and center
• Building out quality documentation and reporting that supports continuous improvement
• Mentoring newer team members along the way
What you’d need:
• 2-5+ years in quality engineering
• Strong root cause analysis and problem solving chops
• Comfort working cross functionally and communicating clearly with all kinds of stakeholders
• U.S. Person status per ITAR/EAR requirements (this one’s a must, no exceptions)
• Willingness to be on site in Fort Collins, with about 10% travel
