Your Role
In Your Daily Job You Will
- Manufacturing Process Quality Control Activities
- Support in supervising quality inspector activities and assignments
- Red Tag Control
- Sorting/Rework of Nonconforming Product
- Analyze Scrap
- Investigate issues identified in our own plants
- Provide Quality Visual Aids
- Identify and follow up the training subjects for the inspectors
- Data collection and Trend analysis
- Ensure process change is identified and follow up process change process
- Handle the Customer Quality Issue
- Provide RMA and tracking
- Return Material Analysis
- Handle the Process qualification
- Process Monitoring
- Localized and Transferred tool qualification
- Tooling spare part qualification
- Tractability and labeling projects
- Handle the supplier quality monitoring
- Incoming Inspection
- Problem issues and solving
- Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
Your Background
Key Ingredients For Succeeding In This Role Are Your
- University Graduate
- Strong engineering knowledge, be familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /IATF16949 quality system, having quality management and inspection experience and teamwork leading ability, have experience for internal audit,
- More than 3 years relevant experience
- Good English ability, be familiar with ISO9000/QS9000/IATF16949 quality system, have experience for internal audit
