Audit parts that are ready for shipment to the customer location.
Audit process material and rework material.
Audit raw material and components.
Help QE perform gage R & R studies.
Analyze returned goods.
Record audit data on green or in Plex database.
Notify supervisor when discrepancies are noted.
File inspection records.
Audit processes to assure that the product is being built to customer specifications.
Perform Q.C. tests and measurements.
Perform statistical calculations and enter data into statistical programs in order to perform statistical calculations.
Follow quality and company procedures as directed.
Perform special audits as required, such as first piece inspection, hold cage report,
VIC Tester Audit Etc.
Train other employees (new hires or transferred employees).
Support the safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
