This position is located in office at a branch location and is not remote.
Position Summary: Responsible for clerical duties and general operations functions within the Quality Assurance department in order to maintain quality control among various departments of RCB Bank.
Essential Functions:
1. Review output from multiple systems to the input sheets submitted by branch personnel and various departments throughout the bank. (This includes but is not limited to New Accounts, Image Operations, Customer Support Services maintenance, Call Center setup and maintenance, ATM setup and maintenance, Net Teller setup and maintenance, Cash Management product setup and maintenance).
2. Give input for best practices as it relates to current data input procedures, or the documents used for data input.
3. Log and verify multiple policy violations with complete accuracy.
Experience Required:
Banking experience preferred.
Customer service and general clerical experience preferred.
Education, Certifications and Specialized Training:
High school diploma or GED required.
Job-Specific Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to perform routine data entry at an advanced rate of speed and accuracy. • Demonstrated interpersonal skills. • Sound communication skills. • A continuous improvement mindset. • Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining focus and productivity. • Working knowledge of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
