WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineeringand at least five(5) years of exposure to Quality activitieswithin the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
Bilingual (Spanishand English)
Shift: Administrative& according to business needs
Experience in:
Developing technical documentation, including validation protocols, reports, SOPs, and change controls.
Understanding quality systems, audits, and the implementation of domestic and international standards.
Planning and implementing quality programs, tracking data, and using problem-solving techniques for process improvements.
Applying knowledge of reliability, risk management, and statistical techniques such as SPC, DOE, and Gage R & R.
Technical writing, analytical skills, andfamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma, and Minitab.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:(The day-to-day on the job)
Allocate resources to support facilities and construction projects, specifically in Collagen Manufacturing areas.
Review and approve critical documentation, including PCDT, Change Control, EMPQ, equipment qualifications, document changes, RM changes, and calibration/PM documents.
Actively participate as a Core Team member in facilities projects, contributing to project planning and execution.
Attend and contribute to project meetings, providing quality engineering insights and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation is compliant with quality and regulatory standards.
Support the transition of day-to-day activities by effectively managing project-related quality engineering tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation review and approval to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
