Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and materials to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues.
Analyze data from quality control tests and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management and stakeholders.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance product reliability.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in quality assessment tools and software.
