Overview:
Working alongside our client, a specialist injection moulding manufacturer, we are experienced Quality Engineer to join their team.
Remit:
* As a Quality Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining adherence to industry standards you will work closely with
cross-functional teams
and customers to maintain high-quality engineering practices.
* This position with suit an experience Quality Engineer that has experience working within a an ISO
9001 certified manufacturing environments, knowledge of CMM programming & core quality tools is essential for this role.
Role:
* Drive
continuous improvement
and maintain high-quality standards in line with industry requirements.
* Perform quality inspections and conduct analysis of results to ensure compliance with standards.
* Carry out Root Cause Analysis and manage non-conformity effectively.
* Oversee and contribute to APQP processes, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Charts.
* Lead the preparation and submission of PPAP documentation.
* Ensure adherence to ISO
9001:2015 standards and contribute to improvements within the IATF
16949:2016 manufacturing environment
* Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear and concise reporting and
collaboration
.
Experience Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in an ISO
9001 certified manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of IATF
16949 standards would be desirable
* Experience in APQP (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts)
* Familiarity with PPAP processes
* Proficient in CMM programming and conducting quality inspections
* Ability to work independently, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and motivation
* Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power point)
