Key Responsibilities
Follow and ensure compliance with our Quality system and SOPs.
Supervise testing and inspection activities, and train inspectors and technicians.
Support product development projects to meet ISO and FDA standards.
Lead production improvement initiatives.
Optimize inspection methods, sampling plans, and documentation.
Train employees in quality standards and develop control plans.
Investigate nonconformances and drive corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits and assist with supplier audits.
Support sterilization systems and maintain required cycles.
Qualifications
Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering for medical devices (or 5-8 years of relevant experience)
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 cGMP standards
Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer tools
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
