Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection.

Designing and installing advanced testing equipment and performing product testing and analysis to maintain high quality levels.

Analyzing quality reports and defective products to identify trends and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborating with supplier representatives to resolve quality issues and ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented.

Contributing to supplier quality improvement programs to enhance overall product quality and reliability.

Supporting regulatory compliance by maintaining documentation and participating in audits and inspections.

Leading root cause analysis and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Mentoring junior engineers and supporting cross-functional teams in quality initiatives.

Monitoring key quality metrics and driving continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.

Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485), and statistical process control methods.

Proven experience with root cause analysis, risk management, and corrective/preventive action processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Experience with medical device manufacturing is preferred.

Proficiency with quality engineering tools such as Minitab, FMEA, DOE, and Six Sigma is a plus.

Knowledge of software systems like SAP, TrackWise, and eQMS platforms is preferred.

ASQ certification (CQE or CQA) is a plus.
