We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems aligned with IISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed quality inspections and control checks at various stages of production to verify product integrity and adherence to specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to establish quality control procedures, monitor process performance, and optimize workflows.
- Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, audit findings, and compliance records.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating quality-related tasks within product development cycles and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing QA/QC procedures.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with quality systems management software and project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
