SUMMARY
To assist the Quality function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. The Quality Engineer ensures that performance and product quality conform to established company, customers and regulatory requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly and process. Supports in the investigation of problems and with the disposition, modification, and corrective action for recurring or non-recurring discrepancies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- .Support in the maintenance of control plans and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products
- .Support with inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests
- .Support the audits of quality systems for deficiency identification and correction
- .Confirms that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements
- .Support in the execution of process / equipment / systems validations/qualifications
- .Supports change controls in relation to customer, supplier, and internally driven changes
- .Support with the completion of corrective actions (CAPA)
- .Supports investigation team with customer complaints
- .Constantly seeks to improve work processes; Has a quality-first mentality; Learns from internal and external best practices to apply to her/his work
- .Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives
- .Role model and promote the organizations Values and Behaviors
- .Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREME
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related fields.
- 0 – 2 years work experience in a related positi
- Advanced english profiency.
