As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team and help ensure that every piece we deliver meets our standards of quality and design.
Job Description:
As a QC Associate at Sofie the Label, your primary responsibility will be to inspect women’s garments for defects, inconsistencies, and adherence to our quality standards before they are shipped to retailers or customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming and outgoing garment shipments for sewing defects, fabric flaws, color issues, labeling, packaging, and fit accuracy.
Ensure all pieces meet specifications and match approved samples.
Tag or mark defective items and report inconsistencies to the production team.
Work closely with the design and production teams to provide feedback and prevent recurring issues.
Repackage merchandise that is free of defects, and restocked.
Maintain accurate inspection records and logs for quality audits.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in quality control or garment inspection in the fashion industry is preferred.
Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing standards.
Attention to detail and the ability to spot small inconsistencies.
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Must be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday
8-hour shift
On-site at our Los Angeles warehouse
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
