Job Description
This position involves executing technical and functional responsibilities related to Quality support activities on project assignments and administrative functions such as planning, organizing, interpreting, coordinating, and executing division or project assignments. Depending on the project size, the role may serve as the Office Quality Manager for a Major Execution Office or the Project Quality Manager for medium- to large-sized projects.
Communicate effectively at all levels to maintain liaison with individuals and units within or outside the department or project structures.
Employ decision-making authority and recommendations that significantly impact regional or business line Quality policies and programs.
Serve as the project Quality Representative on medium to large projects, if necessary.
Prepare project audit schedules, discipline activity plans for the quality function, and audit reports (internal and external), noting non-conformances and verifying effective corrective actions.
Assist in developing an orientation program to ensure project teams are familiar with the requirements of the Project Quality Plan, including other Quality matters if required.
Act as lead Quality auditor and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic
Job Requirements
Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in engineering with fourteen years of relevant experience; professional certification or registration in the field may be required; additional qualifications may be needed depending on location.
Effective communication skills with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the role.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within time constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in engineering/technical field preferred; advanced degrees or professional registration are a plus.
Auditor certification by recognized outside agency preferred.
Internal Lead Auditor certification required.
At least twelve years of related Quality/project experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Salary Range
118,500 to 213,500
