Your Contribution:
Document software defects, using a defect tracking system and report defects to software developers.
Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, workflow, output, content to ensure compliance with the requirements.
Create, maintain and execute test plans and test cases.
Setup environment to allow testing of software.
Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.
Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness and mitigate any identified risks.
Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development such as Scrum.
Provide 3rd level production support of existing applications.
The QA analyst will need to respond quickly to critical issues and may be required to provide support after hours.
Your Qualification:
Associate’s degreein Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent related work experience.
3-5 years of quality assurance experience required.
Strong working knowledge of X12 is preferred.
Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication.
Results driven and clear commitment to measurable results.
Superior analysis skills required.
Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.
Excellent oral and written communication
Very organized, able to prioritize tasks, and provide accurate work estimates.
Responsive to client and company requests.
