Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team at Global Tech College, Toledo, Ohio.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our quality management initiatives and ensuring compliance with education and training industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality systems and the ability to perform quality audits effectively. The Operations Assistant will work closely with various departments to maintain high-quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Duties
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Assist in quality management and operations assistance for Admissions, Student Support, Academic, Financial Aid departments
Analyze data from quality control processes and report findings to management.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in daily operational processes.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and audits.
Support training initiatives related to quality standards and best practices.
Contribute the daily operational tasks of the college
Requirements
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Ability to understand improve the operational processes
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
