Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality systems, project management, and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and HACCP.
Qualifications
– CMQ/OE Certification.
– 3 years’ experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze production processes and outcomes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.
Oversee quality inspection processes to ensure that all products meet specified quality criteria before reaching customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality-related concerns effectively.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and the importance of maintaining high-quality standards.
Manage documentation related to quality systems, including reports on audits, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in quality management or a related field with a strong understanding of QA/QC principles.
Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
Proficiency in project management methodologies to lead initiatives aimed at improving product quality.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout all processes.
Ability to fabricate solutions that enhance product integrity while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
