Quality Assurance Leader
Location: Snover, MI
Compensation: $18 per hour
Your Role in Quality Assurance
Embark on a journey to uphold excellence within our team as a Quality Assurance Leader. You will be at the forefront, orchestrating the setup of pivotal projects and leading team members to meet customer expectations. Your mission will involve guiding team members, ensuring open dialogues with customers, and nurturing a cohesive team environment as you oversee the quality inspection crew at manufacturing locations.
Core Activities:
Uphold operational and safety standards across locations
Create and implement training protocols for inspectors
Cultivate strong relationships with customers
Direct part inspections and quality checks
Lead and empower team members with necessary tools and guidance
Maintain communication with client contacts to align on job needs
Complete project documentation diligently
Adhere to all workplace policies and take on additional duties as needed
Prerequisites for Success:
1+ years in leadership roles
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Availability to work part-time/on-call
Holding a valid driver’s license
Adaptable, with an optimistic mindset
Strong attention to detail
Relevant Experience:
Quality inspection and control background
Leadership and people management expertise
Exposure to manufacturing settings
Competency in basic computer operations
