This is an immediate opening with opportunities for growth and professional development in support of the PM Mounted Armored Vehicle Bradley Fighting Vehicle platform.
Responsibilities
Apply quality principles in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, and inventory control.
Collaborate with Quality lead and program leadership to ensure quality standards are in place and adhered to.
Ensure quality documentation is in place as specified by program leadership to satisfy program requirements.
Perform technical evaluations of requirements, specifications, models, drawings, and procedures.
Assist in developing strategies and systems to improve internal and/or supplier performance and productivity.
Analyze inspection and testing processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications &
Education
Requirements and Desired Skillsets
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, and government standards) and Certifications.
Experience with Wire Harnesses and Cable Assemblies.
Knowledge of mechanical and non-destructive inspection techniques.
Strong passion and drive for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
U.S. Citizenship with Active Secret Security clearance preferred.
Physical Description
Employees will work in manufacturing and testing environments, using technical and electronic testing equipment, including PPE as necessary. Responsibilities include lifting, moving, testing, and assembling equipment.
