The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for verifying the quality of in-process and finished products, for providing direct support to Operations, and for performing area audits and other tasks that may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure products are safe, legal, and of excellent quality.
Perform in-process testing according to control plans.
Review and verify all documentation for completed Job Packs.
Verify Changeovers/Startups (CO/SU) with the Team Lead.
Conduct weekly Area Audits.
Enter nonconformances and ensure correct labeling.
Record rework instructions on STOP! control tickets.
Provide shift support to Operations, including troubleshooting assistance.
Log daily observations into the QA logbook.
Enter sample testing results into Excel and upload to SharePoint.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on risk.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm
Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off!
