We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join the team. This position is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of SaaS products. The role includes developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of software solutions. The QA Manager will lead a team of professionals, collaborating with cross functional teams to continuously improve product quality across multiple platforms. The position also involves driving innovation in testing processes, ensuring the highest standards for performance, security and user experience. As the QA manager you will own the creation and refinement of launch processes, enabling frequent feature releases with minimal issues through the use of features switches and strategic planning.

What you’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers across multiple product lines
Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive QA strategies that align with business goals and product roadmaps
Ensure testing strategies and efforts cover all aspects of the software, including front-end, back-end, API, and security testing
Drive the adoption of test automation and continuous integration practices, utilizing appropriate tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and coverage
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design, features, and usability
Ensure prompt identification, tracking, and resolution of defects, working with development teams to prioritize issues and communicate potential risks to stakeholders
Evaluate existing testing processes, tools, and methodologies, recommending improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure consistency in QA processes and best practices across multiple products, ensuring all products meet the company’s quality standards
Assess risks and identify areas of concern early in the development process, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed to prevent delays or product defects

What you’ll need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team
Proven experience in testing SaaS products, with knowledge of multi-product environments
Expertise in test automation, tools, and frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.)
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify, assess, and resolve quality-related issues
