Position: Quality Engineer with Six Sigma Expertise

We are seeking a qualified Quality Engineer with over 5 years of experience in quality management systems like AS9100/ISO 9001/IATF 16949. You will lead corrective actions, utilize statistical techniques, and conduct audits to uphold the highest quality standards.
Your role will also involve collaboration with Process Engineering on productivity enhancements and compliance with material specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead corrective actions using advanced quality tools
• Apply statistical methods for process control and analysis
• Manage quality management system documentation and reviews
• Conduct audits and recommendations for process improvements
• Deliver customer-specific quality inspection reports
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Quality Engineer
• ASQ Quality Engineer certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and GD&T
• Experience with stainless steel and nickel-based alloys
• Proficient in report writing and problem-solving
