Responsibilities 职责
- Respect the internal & external laws and regulations.

- Implementation of company and/or corporative quality policy and strategy.
贯彻执行集团和/或公司的质量方针战略。
- Maintain IATF quality system, introduction and implement quality tools and methods,provide necessary support and guidance, and improve the quality awareness of all employees.
维护IATF质量体系，推行质量工具和方法，提供支持与指导，并提升全员质量意识。
- Ensure the responsible process fulfill the requirements of IATF16949 and corporate directive (CDQ and BBM compass).
确保负责的过程满足IATF16949,及CDQ& BBM compass 相关质量的要求。
- Monitor the status, quality, performance of the process and CIP.
对本过程的状态，质量及绩效进行监控和持续改进。
- Support the core processes/projects by measurement, testing, analysis and audit,ensure the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as continuous improvement of core processes/projects.
通过测量，测试，分析及审核对核心过程/项目提供支持和输入，确保核心过程/项目的有效运行和持续改进。
- Actively collaborate and cooperate with other departments, keep objective during conflicts, pursue the consent and facilitate the solution
积极与各部门协作及合作，客观对待冲突并寻求一致意见和解决方案。
- Customer oriented, continuously improve the satisfaction of internal and/or external customer through technical support and services.
以客户为导向，通过技术支持和服务不断提升内外部客户的满意度。
Qualification required 资格要求
- Education学历
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanics related major.
机械相关专业，本科或以上学历
- Skills技能
- Knowledge and good understanding of IATF16949 or VDA 6.1 Quality System, knowledge in steering gears production is preferred.
- 熟悉IATF16949或VDA6.1体系，了解转向系统生产知识更佳
- Good English communication skills both in oral and written.
- 良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力
- Experience工作经验
- Minimum 2 years quality management work experience in automobile industry, work experience in machining is preferred.
- 两年以上汽车行业质量管理工作经验，机械加工工作经验更佳
