We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst & Ticket Management Specialist to join our team and ensure the quality and efficiency of our systems and workflows.

Responsibilities:
As a QA Analyst & Ticket Management Specialist, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance and operational support efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Ticket Management & Requirement Support:
Write, manage, and prioritize tickets in Jira to address issues or improvements.
Monitor emails, chats, and customer feedback to identify and resolve problems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure tickets meet Acceptance Criteria and are resolved efficiently.
Use JQL (Jira Query Language) to pull information, track progress, and maintain a prioritized list of tasks for the MLS Department.
Quality Assurance & Discrepancy Checking:
Perform thorough QA checks to ensure data accuracy across systems.
Verify discrepancies in listing data, such as List Price, Open House uploads, and XML IDs, to prevent system failures.
Scrape and compare data from XML files, emails, and MLS systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Conduct logic testing and validation checks to ensure system functionality (e.g., date validations, form submissions).
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain Confluence documentation for team reference, including automated email templates and system processes.
Generate reports to track and analyze data discrepancies, system performance, and developer pay.
Use Excel to summarize and analyze data, leveraging formulas and pivot tables for efficiency.
Process Improvement (Nice-to-Have):
Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, such as monthly ticket generation or data discrepancy checks.
Use SQL to query databases and identify patterns or issues.
Collaborate with the team to create proof-of-concept solutions for process improvements (e.g., Price Uploader, ShowingTime reports).

Requirements:

Tech Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Chat GPT, Jira Tickets, Confluence – Testing Required
Strong experience with Jira (including JQL) and Confluence for ticket management and documentation.
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases and identifying patterns.
Familiarity with QA processes, including discrepancy checking, logic testing, and validation.
DesirableExperience with Python for automation and scripting (e.g., Selenium for web scraping, Pandas for data analysis).
Desirable Familiarity with tools like Airtable.com, Balsamiq, and ChatGPT for data visualization and problem-solving.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills,
Real Estate Background: Prior experience and familiarity with Real Estate practices
Typing Skills: Typing speed of 65+ WPM with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing work with minimal errors.
Client Tech Support: Ability to effectively provide client support via chats, emails, and phone calls.
Desirable Experience: Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Internet connection – Reliable high speed internet connection required; Equipment provided.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, after training your schedule may include some Saturdays or Sundays with one day off during the week. Online training will be provided through Microsoft Teams. Real Estate license is not required for this position. This is a demanding role that does not allow for maintaining part time real estate practice.

Compensation: This role offers $30 per hour to start with an opportunity for advancement depending on your ability. Employees also enjoy paid holidays, PTO, and after 1 year of service, paid vacation time. Health insurance available. 90 Day probationary period with training and evaluation after training.
