You will be Northwood’s first quality-focused hire, responsible for creating a robust supplier quality program. Partnering with various teams, you will leverage your technical skills to drive continuous improvement and quality accountability throughout our manufacturing processes. This key role allows you to mentor future engineers, establishing the standards for a world-class supply quality organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch Northwood’s inaugural supplier quality management framework
• Develop high-quality supplier relationships across diverse components
• Lead audits and manage corrective actions to boost quality
• Work on DFM and pilot build readiness
• Define and track supplier performance metrics
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing
• Familiarity with ISO and other quality standards
• Successful experience qualifying suppliers
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong background in complex environments
