Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QE Manager to lead our Quality Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through robust functional testing, efficient automation strategies, and team collaboration. This role involves managing functional testing processes, building automation frameworks, and driving innovation to enhance quality assurance practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in functional testing and Selenium-based automation frameworks.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Hands-on experience with test management tools like TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
