WWT NL, has a new and exciting Mid-level Quality Manager opportunity. This position will be focused on using statistical methods to analyse and evaluate supply chain processes for continual process improvement. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing department objectives to meet company goals. This role will also require the demonstration and promotion of the WWT’s Integrated Management and Leadership Initiatives to their team for the development of future leaders.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
Develops and maintains collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with business leaders in order to understand Quality needs and ensure best practices are employed while also meeting business needs and applicable requirements of the QMS (WWT, ISO:9001, TL9000, etc.)
Engages in new process development and evaluate process changes in order to analyze risks and ensure product and service quality.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure standardization across QMS and new/changed requirements are being met.
Collects, trends, and analyzes Quality Objective Data to drive improvement efforts and share best practices across facilities
Coordinates Onsite Internal and External Audits including Supplier, Customers, and Certification Bodies.
Provides support for customer responses, surveys, etc. regarding requirements.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure Key Performance Indicators are being monitored, measured and analyzed and corrective actions are assigned, as needed.
Qualifications
5 years of experience supporting a QMS or equivalent experience.
Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
Experience in process design using in-process controls and sample plans.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the management and leadership of a team.
Proven track record in Closed-Loop Corrective Action resulting in sustainable process improvements.
Experience in program or project management a plus.
