In the role of Quality Engineering Supervisor you’ll play a pivotal part in quality assurance. You’ll have the opportunity to serve as the primary contact for on-site quality activities, coordinating efforts with customers, BUs, and division personnel.

This position contributes to our vision by:
Ensure manufacturing processes meet AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DoD requirements.
Oversee process validation, first article inspections (FAI per AS9102), and final product inspections to ensure compliance.
Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve manufacturing quality.
Adhere to safe work practices and contribute to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
Develop and enforce manufacturing process controls to minimize defects and scrap.
Ensure inspections and dimensional analysis are performed accurately.
Work closely with production teams to implement Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
Ensure compliance with DoD contracts, MIL-STD (Military Standards), ITAR, DFARS, and FAA requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field.
5 years of quality experience preferably in Aerospace manufacturing.
3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
