The Quality Enhancement Specialist role is a critical position to the organization. The Quality Enhancement Specialist helps the Credit Union to grow by providing continuous improvement enhancements and educational opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Reviews multiple reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to act as quality control for all member functions.
Reviews all, but not limited to, new memberships, loans, Certificates of Deposit, and membership changes for accuracy and completeness, including appropriate signatures on all documents.
Leads meetings and supplies information to departments and leadership regarding findings, trends, and statistics.
Communicates regularly with team members utilizing tact and professionalism.
Looks for improvements in processes, procedures and implements changes as needed.
Reviews trends to identify potential training gaps to improve member service.
Ensures compliance with regulations as required through review of quality and accuracy of documents and packages.
Assists in rate verification and rate changes as needed.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
One to three years of similar or related experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong soft skills
Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Suite
Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications
