About the Role
The QC Executive will verify and maintain accurate venue pricing and availability information for wedding venues across India. This involves contacting hotels and resorts as a prospective customer, collecting data, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify venue pricing, packages, room inventory, capacities, and amenities.
- Check venue availability for assigned wedding dates.
- Record and update data in trackers with complete accuracy.
- Maintain call recordings, documentation, quotations, and supporting materials.
- Follow up with venues and escalate unresolved cases when required.
- Conduct regular audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in QA, customer support, hospitality, telecalling, vendor management, or data verification.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making outbound verification calls.

Preferred Profile
